shipping and returns
all our jewellery is one of a kind and handmade to order by a small team of artisans. please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. if you need your piece sooner, please send us an e-mail and we will see what we can do.
shipping within australia
orders within australia are shipped through australia post with tracking and signature on delivery for a flat rate of $10. a tracking number will be e-mailed once the item has been dispatched.
international orders are shipped through australia post air mail for a flat rate of $35. all prices are in australian dollars and are not inclusive of any overseas taxes, duties or customs charges you may be liable for.
all care is taken in the prompt delivery of your order, however surō does not take responsibility for delays in postage, if incorrect postal address information is provided or if an item is stolen on the delivery premises. we are unable to redirect order after items have been dispatched, and we are unable to refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
refunds are not accepted simply for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing an order. if you have any questions you can contact us at email@example.com
we will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 6 months from the purchase date. manufacturing faults do not include broken chain, chipped/cracked or broken pearls, items that have been bent out of shape, damaged wear and tear, oxidised or faded plating.
we do offer re-plating for all surō jewellery, please contact us for a quote.
