Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded so please choose carefully.

We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 6 months from the purchase date. Manufacturing faults do not include broken chain, chipped/cracked or broken pearls, items that have been bent out of shape, damaged wear and tear, oxidized or faded plating.

We also offer re-plating for all suro jewellery at a flat rate of $50.
